I am the type of person who really enjoys the uncertainty of everyday life. The goal of the practice is to learn to elicit positive emotional responses at will so one can use them as needed. NLP has been used to increase self-awareness and to help spot negative patterns, thoughts, and assumptions that may be worth replacing.
